Brian Whiting founded the Telos Group, LLC in 2012. For over two decades, Brian has been a major force in shaping the office landscape of downtown Chicago. His deep understanding of the office user, combined with a unique design vision and marketing creativity has proven instrumental in the transformation of some of Chicago’s most well-known office projects including the Willis Tower, The Old Post Office and Prudential Plaza. Today, Telos provides leasing, marketing and strategic consulting services across 26 million square feet of high-profile office projects in Chicago and Minneapolis. Our clients, ranging from entrepreneurs to large international investors, all share Telos’ commitment to creating dynamic and transformative office environments. The firm’s philosophy of constant innovation and goal-driven strategies has allowed its clients to consistently and dramatically outperform the market. Prior to founding Telos, Brian was a Senior Vice President with the prominent commercial real estate agency J.F. McKinney & Associates, Ltd. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northwestern University.
