Joy Jordan joined the Telos Group, LLC in 2012 as an inaugural leading member. Joy Jordan started her career at U.S. Equities Realty in 2008 where she was a senior leasing associate on the Willis Tower leasing team during its transition from Sears to Willis Tower, a member of the team that leased more than 1.2 million square feet in 4 years. Upon joining Telos, Joy was instrumental in over 700,000 sf of leasing transactions including the lease up of 20 N Wacker, 180 N LaSalle and 20 S Clark in 2013 and 2014. She and her team earned the Greater Chicago Food Depository Office Representative Broker of the Year Award in 2012, 2013 and 2018 making her one of the youngest women in the industry to win such an award. In 2015 Joy made Crain’s Chicago Business 20 in their 20’s list as one of Chicago’s top young professionals, in 2017 she made power broker of the year while completing the Crain’s Leadership Program. Today Joy is a key team member in completing the lease up one of the largest redevelopments in the world with The Blackstone Group on Willis Tower. She and her team have leased up 300 S Riverside to 98% backfilling 460,000 rsf from Chase Bank, 550 W Adams and 70 W Madison. Joy is a Board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters (co-chair of Big Bash 2014 and 2015), COLBA, CREW Chicago and an active contributor and supporter of the Lycée Français de Chicago (member of the Corporate Giving Committee). Joy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French and a minor in Finance from Loyola University Chicago graduating in three years. Joy is a French native, born and raised in Aix-Les-Bains France.
