175 W Jackson, designed by Daniel Burnham and located adjacent to Chicago’s highly desirable West Loop. Completed in 1912 as the Insurance Exchange Building and expanded in 1928 by Burnham’s successor firm, Graham, Anderson, Probst & White, it was the largest office building in Chicago for half a century and remains one of the few buildings downtown to occupy an entire city block.
