70 W Madison

70 W Madison, formerly known as Three First National Plaza, was thoughtfully developed in 1981 by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in its sawtooth shape in order to minimize view obstructions from its neighboring buildings. The building’s unique architectural features, including its voluminous 9 story glass atrium and 57 story stature, allows stunning views from east to west from the building’s high rise.

Its main and main location within the Central Loop provides convenient access to all modes of transportation through its lobby connection to the pedway, close proximity to major L lines and bus routes and close walking distance to City Hall, Daley Center, Chase Plaza, Block 37 and suburban commuter rail lines. In addition, the garage offers valet parking for both cars and bikes.

Today, 70 West Madison has rebranded its identity, shedding its former image as Three First National, bringing it to the forefront of today’s most progressive office buildings in the Loop. Overall, its rebranding has drawn in a more diverse pool of tenants through its balance and appeal to both traditional and progressive users.

After completing a $30 million Phase One renovation, Ownership has now completed an extensive Phase Two renovation including the addition of a brand new, 13,000 RSF fitness center, sleek tenant lounge, and reimagined lobby. Phase Two of the renovation has fine tuned the amenities, in order to create an alluring office, retail and amenity experience for tenants and visitors alike.
