Steve Golz joined The Telos Group, LLC in 2017. Steve initially worked for Telos as the firm’s financial analyst, developing financial models and analyses supporting the brokerage team in lease negotiations and decision making. Steve also tracked and analyzed current and historical market information for client market presentations and strategy. Starting in 2018, Steve moved into his current role as a Lease Associate, focusing on the marketing and leasing for some of Chicago’s most iconic buildings for both entrepreneurial and institutional owners alike. His current projects include 111 S Wacker, 70 W Madison, Sullivan Center, 231 S LaSalle, 550 W Jackson, 550 W Randolph, and 101 N Wacker.
