Colton Riemenschneider joined Telos in 2017 as a Marketing Associate, where he supported the Willis Tower Leasing Team in the 2nd largest office redevelopment in the United States led by EQ Office (The Blackstone Group). Additionally, he supported the Old Post Office Leasing Team in the largest office redevelopment in the United States led by The 601W Companies.

Today, Colton has grown to Senior Vice President working on several notable projects representing Glenstar at 200 S. Wacker; 601W Companies at 303 E. Wacker; Third Millennium Group & David Werner Real Estate at 540 W. Madison and 300 S. Riverside; Onni Group at 225 W. Randolph; and Bixby Capital and Franklin Partners at 20 W. Kinzie. Previous assignments include representing 601W Companies at the Civic Opera Building (20 N. Wacker); Angelo Gordon & Co and Hines at Citadel Center (131 S. Dearborn); Macquarie at 550 W. Adams; Barnett Capital Ltd. & Domus Real Estate Group at 1155 W. Fulton; and Equity Group Investments at 2 N. Riverside.

Colton graduated from Miami University of Ohio’s Farmer School of Business and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a Business Legal Studies minor.

Aside from Telos, Colton serves as President of Salute, Inc.’s Associate Board – helping raise over a half-million dollars for service members, veterans, and their families.
