Vice President

Colton Riemenschneider joined Telos in 2017 as a Marketing Associate, where he supported the Willis Tower Leasing Team in the 2^nd largest office redevelopment in the United States led by EQ Office (The Blackstone Group). Additionally, he supported the Old Post Office Leasing Team in the largest office redevelopment in the United States led by The 601W Companies.

Today, Colton has grown to a Vice President working on several notable projects representing Third Millennium Group & David Werner Real Estate at 540 West Madison and 300 South Riverside; Beacon Capital Partners at 303 East Wacker; Equity Group Investments at 2 N Riverside; and Onni Group at 225 W Randolph.  Previous assignments include representing 601W Companies at the Civic Opera Building (20 North Wacker); Angelo Gordon & Co and Hines at Citadel Center (131 South Dearborn); Macquarie at 550 West Adams; and Barnett Capital Ltd & Domus Real Estate Group at 1155 West Fulton.

Aside from Telos, Colton is the Vice President of SALUTE, Inc.’s Associate Board, a veteran non-profit.  He starred in Dancing with the Brokers 2019 fundraising for SALUTE, Inc.

Prior to joining Telos, Colton was the Direct Sales Team Lead for a tech start-up, where he familiarized himself with the Chicago CBD as his main territory in his outside sales role.  Colton graduated from Miami University of Ohio’s Farmer School of Business and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a Business Legal Studies minor.
