JD Parcheta joined The Telos Group, LLC in 2018. As Vice President currently overseeing strategic leasing and marketing initiatives, JD’s portfolio includes high-profile assignments such as Willis Tower, 1 S Wacker, 24 E Washington, 175 W Jackson, and 161 N Clark. His notable achievements include guiding Willis Tower to the esteemed title of Office Redevelopment of the Year as well as receiving the Greater Chicago Food Depository Deal of the Year Award for the anchor tenant lease with Invenergy at 1 S Wacker in 2023. In addition to existing inventory JD represents proposed new developments at 725 W Randolph and 644 W Randolph.

JD’s tenure at Telos has been marked by involvement in pivotal projects, notably contributing to two of the largest office repositioning endeavors in the United States – The Old Post Office and Willis Tower. His current clients include Blackstone, 601W Companies, Brookfield, Related Midwest, and Vista Properties. Prior to his current role, JD served as a Leasing Director, representing additional esteemed ownership groups including Barnett Capital Ltd and CBRE IM.

Educated at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, JD holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, a foundation that underscores his analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities, which he applies with precision to his work at Telos.
